Our Relationship with Money

A beautiful poem which portrays a different view on our relationship with money.

…That is a great poem. I did not know that you are a poet. Happy Valentines Day and Happy Chinese New Year of the tiger. February 14th is the beginning of the Year of the Tiger, one of the 12 symbols of the Chinese zodiac. Those born in the year of the tiger will be born leaders, noble and fearless, unpredictable, always in a hurry and fearless fighters. They have a lot to live up to!
Have you heard of Daniel Quinn’s books? They are about when money became part of our society. He says that we have many things that these tribes that live off the land do not have. But (he says) they have something that we do not have. They have cradle to grave security. The funny thing is that you can say that his books are about the bad things that money do. But his book, Ishmael, won him a $500,000 award. It won the Turner Tomorrow Fellowship award for the best book for saving the planet. He also came out with My Ishmael and The Story of B. I have read these 3 books after hearing that schools and colleges now require students…
